loved my well-equipped room, it had central heating, an electronic key card, and a coffee/tea maker. plus it had courtyard view. the service here was excellant. got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

It's original and fairly clean hotel, has quiet and favourable location far away from station. Brand-new and modern rooms with bath are accompanied by excellent service. The employees are amazingly nice and consistently courteous.

Doors often failed to close properly, leading to some frustrating moments and an uneasy feeling about security. The air conditioning made a racket without actually cooling the space, and the overall lack of cleanliness-like unemptied trash and uncleaned bathrooms-was disappointing. Encountering a big cockroach was the last straw for this stay.

Consistently courteous staff, the hotel is clean and location peaceful. New-fashioned and huge units with nice bathroom as well as bath. Exceptional service during our REAL GOOD stay. Everything beautiful.

The cleanliness of the rooms was superb throughout my entire stay. The staff are kind, always prioritizing guests' needs. The fine room exceeded my expectations based on the photos, and the convenience of the 24/7 bar service offered great drinks at reasonable prices.

The Black Superior Loft was super cool and spacious! The duplex layout. The bed was ultra comfy, and there were nice touches like complimentary hot drinks and candy. The design is really unique, all dark and stylish, which I totally loved. But, the air conditioning was a bit noisy and didn't cool too well.

The reception workers were friendly and accommodating. I loved the unique ambiance, especially how everything was clean and modern. The location was convenient for nearby attractions and public transport. It was a nice escape, perfect for someone who appreciates stylish décor like I do.

The bathroom ventilation was poor, leading to damp towels that were not replaced daily. The shower temperature fluctuated significantly due to plumbing issues, frustrating.
